Belle Boyes
Belle Boyes loves sharing yoga with people of all ages.  She is trained and certified in meditation and classical hatha yoga at the 500 hour level from the Himalayan Institute and certified in pre-natal and children's yoga.  She is as comfortable hissing like a snake in cobra pose with children as she is chanting Om with adults!  Belle is also on staff as an esthetician.

 

Coral Brown MA, e-RYT 500

Coral Brown MA, e-RYT 500, is a senior teacher trainer of Prana Flow® Yoga, created by Shiva Rea. She leads retreats, workshops, teacher trainings, and is honored to be a Yoga Journal Conference presenter. Coral's teaching style fuses the energetic, creative energy of Prana Flow® yoga with her experience as a Holistic Counselor. Her integrative yet lighthearted approach invites students to unite mind, body, and spirit to transcend physical asana and create space for conscious evolution. By honoring the breath, students are drawn into the "river of prana," connecting with the universal life force and increasing their own capacity for compassion and self-revelation.  Coral received her Masters of Arts from Salve Regina University's Holistic Counseling program. She sees clients and teaches yoga classes at All That Matters in Wakefield, RI.

Mark Butler

is a teacher of medical, healing, and spiritual Qigong and Tai Chi. A long-time student of yoga, nutrition, and Taoism, Mark has been a vegetarian for 40 years and has traveled in Australia with the Natural Hygiene Society. He has been a member of the Science of Spirituality for 30 years, and a student and practitioner of Taoism for 20 years. Mark has been teaching Tai Chi at All That Matters since 1997.


 

Elsie Castro-Swonger

is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance at the 500 hour level. She is a certified yoga teacher of cardiac,  prenatal, and yoga for osteoporosis, and a certified TM teacher who has been practicing yoga and meditation since 1970 and teaching since 1976 . Her focus is an Ayurvedic approach to hatha yoga.


 

Cathy Cesario, MA, E-RYT 500

is the Director of Spirit Tree Yoga Teacher Training. She holds degrees in Psychology and English and is a Registered Yoga Teacher Trainer with the Yoga Alliance at the most advanced level. A student of yoga and Buddhism since 1985, Cathy has taught vinyasa, ashtanga, and hatha yoga since 1991. Greatly influenced by Iyengar and Ashtanga traditions, she has received teaching from Patricia Walden, Barbara Benagh, Angela Farmer, and Robert Svaboda, among others. She holds certifications in Pilates Mat, in Energy Medicine , in hypnotherapy, and as a Shamanic Practitioner on the Advanced Level.  She is an Interfaith Minister and a gong sound artist, and uses sound/vibration for both sacred ritual and integrative healing.  She has been practicing private yoga therapy and integrative healing practices since 1995.

Diane Cozine, 500-RYT

is a Certified Svaroopa®  Yoga Teacher, Embodyment® Therapist, and certified Yoga of the Heart®  Cardiac and Cancer Therapist.  She completed  her Svaroopa®  Yoga teacher training at the 700-hour level at Master Yoga Foundation in Westchester, PA, with Swami Nirmalananda Saraswati (formerly Rama Berch).  Her Yoga of the Heart® training was completed at the Sivananda Ashram in Woodbourne, NY, with Nischala Joy Devi. 

Diane is a compassionate teacher, dedicated to working with her students to establish a sense of peacefulness and ease in their entire being.  She teaches weekly Svaroopa® Yoga classes and is available for private yoga, Embodyment®, and Yoga of the Heart® sessions.


 

Noah Davis

Noah is a graduate of Coral Brown's Prana Flow Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, is certified at the 200hr level and currently continuing his training to become certified at the 500hr level. He is a retired Behavioral Scientist, Computer Scientist and Game Developer entrepreneur. More importantly Noah began as a very stiff guy and is now excited to share the fun and transformative nature of yoga with fellow 'Stiff Guys'.


 

Jennifer DeAngelis
has been practicing yoga and meditation in the Kripalu tradition since 1999. She was certified at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in 2003 and is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level. She also holds a Pre-Natal Yoga Teacher certification.

 

Liz Dufresne

teaches yoga based on the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga system.  She has completed Level l and ll, over 200 hours, with Baron Baptiste.  She has been a student and practitioner of yoga and the healing arts since 1997.  Liz holds a master's degree in Psychology and is a Reiki Master.  She assists in yoga boot camps and A Course in Miracles classes at All That Matters.


 

David Dwyer

A chiropractor since 1986, David began meditating in 1978 with initiation in TM.  He began his yoga studies in 1984 at Shining Waters Ashram in Missouri.  His yoga is influenced by the Ashtanga system and his study of biomechanics.  He is one of the creators of and co-owns All That Matters.

Jessie Eisendrath

A devoted practitioner of yoga since 1996, Jessie brings her passion for yoga to her mat and her daily life. She received her 200-hour RYT certification with Shiva Rea, and completed Level I Training for Thai Yoga Bodywork with Ed Cardinal. She received her 500-hour certification from the College of Purna Yoga in Washington, and is certified by Aadil Palkhivala and Savitri as an Affiliate Purna Yoga Instructor.
Jessie combines her love for yoga with 22 years of teaching experience, to create a dynamic learning environment that helps build a culture of personal growth. Her commitment to an alignment-based practice seeks to cultivate a joyful and impactful experience. She brings her knowledge of contraindications and benefits of the poses to her teaching, to foster deeper awareness of safety to students. An advocate for sustainable living and organic gardening, Jessie also thrives on raising and preserving food for her family.


 

Jessica Gloor
Jessica Gloor is a KRI certified yoga teacher and has been a student of Kundalini yoga for eight years.  She completed teacher training in 2005 under the tutelage of Gurucharan Singh and Hari Kaur at the Baba Siri Chand Ashram in Millis, MA.  She holds a BA in Community Health from Tufts University and a BS in Biology from URI.  Jessica's interest in Kundalini stems from her background in health and wellness.  Within her classes she is creating an environment where students can learn the tools Kundalini offers to create a more stress-free, healthy and happy life.  Jessica currently works as a greenhouse manager at The Farmer's Daughter, a local plant nursery, fulfilling her passion for the natural world.

 

Mel Gorman Wegimont
is a certified yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance and a teacher of vinyasa and hatha yoga styles. She has completed yoga teacher training with Cathy Cesario director of Spirit Tree Yoga here at All that Matters.She has been a student of yoga and the healing arts since 1999 and is certified in Reiki I and II. Mel brings her zest for life and compassion to support her students in their practice. One week after having been diagnosed with breast cancer at age 37, a friend brought Mel to Kendall Sheldon's yoga class. In that first class she discovered the powerful healing benefits of yoga and continues to share that with others.

 

Amy Hagan

is a certified yoga teacher, she completed her teacher training at the Yoga Center of Amherst with Patty Townsend.  She is the former director of the Yoga Annex and has been practicing yoga since 1993.  Her classes are classic hatha yoga with an emphasis on fun and self acceptance.,  Amy's continuous studies include the Kripalu, Iyengar, Anusara and Vinyasa schools of yoga.


 

David Harrigan
is a certified teacher with Yoga Alliance. He is is a graduate of Spirit Tree Yoga at All That Matters and a long time student of yoga and the healing arts. Dave holds a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and practices Shamanic Healing and Thai Yoga Bodywork.

 

Mel Johnson

Mel Johnson is a certified yoga teacher with  Yoga Alliance through Spirit Tree Yoga, practices vinyasa and hatha yoga. She has a Bachelors in Psychology and Painting, a Masters of Art in Teaching Visual Arts, and has a certification in Expressive Arts. She is also a certified Kingian Nonviolence trainer through the Center for Nonviolence and Peace Studies at University of Rhode Island and is certified in Advanced Reiki. Mel focuses on the integration of the healing arts as a way to tap into the creative force that dwells in each of us.


 

Nikki Juen

Nikki received her Hatha Yoga Certification, RYT 200 through Yoga Alliance and is currently pursuing Anusara® Yoga Certification. It is with deep gratitude that she continues her studies with John Friend, Paul Muller Ortega, Bill Mahony, Deb Neubauer, Sara Davidson and most joyfully with each and every intrepid yoga student who walks the path. Nikki experiences yoga as a way of life and is deeply steeped in the non-dual vision of Tantric Philosophy which looks for the good in all beings and offers that we are no different from that which we seek. In her yoga instruction she strives to attend to each unique individual and her classes are inclusive, life-affirming, creative and encourage sensitive attunement from within. Nikki is an artist, design educator and a Reiki Practitioner.

Jeff McManuis

Jeff McManuis, RYT-500, has grown to know and love yoga over the years as a means to heal and to enable the body to thrive in variable conditions. He completed the majority of his yoga training, in Interdisciplinary Yoga, at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica. He enjoys practicing and teaching in various styles, but shares a passion for vinyasa. Finding the edge of our mindfulness, strength, sensation, and curiosity is the goal of his progressive style.

Jeff knows that a positive attitude of mind and inner calmness can be the determining factor in situations in all walks of life. Jude Monteserrato

Jude Monteserrato has had a dedicated yoga practice since 2003. In 2007 she received her 200hr certification with Spirit Tree Yoga and in 2010 she earned her 500hr certification from the College of Purna Yoga.  She is currently studying with world-renowned yoga masters Aadil and Savitri Palkhivala while pursuing her 2000 hr certification in Purna Yoga at the College of Purna Yoga in Washington State.  Jude's love and passion for yoga comes through in the safe, fun and playful environment she establishes in her classes. Her teaching style emphasizes alignment-based postures and the use of props to deepen the student's experience of the pose while also cultivating mindfulness.

Jude's desire to help all humanity inspired her to embark on the Cambodia Seva Challenge in 2008 with Seane Corn, raising $21,000 by uniting with community, friends and family.  In addition to studying, practicing, and teaching yoga, Jude is also a personal chef and loves to cook whole, natural, simple, delicious food.


 

Natalie Schiffer

is certified as a Svaroopa® Yoga Basics teacher, a Hatha yoga teacher at the 200 hour level with Yoga Alliance, and an Embodyment® Yoga Therapist. She offers classes and private sessions. At the Master Yoga Foundation, she has studied with master teachers including Swami Nirmalananda Saraswati, the creator of Svaroopa® yoga, and is now completing her certification as a Svaroopa® Yoga Teacher (RYT 500). Natalie's journey into yoga started with chronic pain, stress and an innate yearning for "something."  After trying different styles of yoga, she decided Svaroopa® yoga, which she's practiced since 2003, was her passion. Natalie is a patient, compassionate teacher, whose own evolving work enriches her classes.  

  


 

Kendall Sheldon

Kendall Sheldon is the founding teacher of the All That Matters yoga program, which started in 1995. She has over 30 years experience in the practice of yoga. She was certified by Kripalu Center in 1980, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Center in 1994 and holds a 500 hour advanced professional teaching certificate from the Yoga Alliance.  In 2009 she completed the Advanced Training in Integrative Restoration, iRest, with Richard Miller, Ph.D. of the Center for Timeless Being, and in 2011 Essential Low Back Care Training with Robin Rothenberg.

Kendall comes from a family of yogis; both her mother and uncle continue to teach today. She considers them and the meeting of Swami Kripalu the inspiration for her path of yoga.  Her ongoing study and practice is influenced by Erich Schiffman, Shiva Rae and Gary Kraftsow as well as her students.


 

Sheri Silva-Cavanagh

is a dedicated student and teacher of vinyasa yoga and the healing arts. She is certified through the yoga alliance and has studied with Saul David Raye, David Swenson and many other respected teachers. In addition to her extensive teaching experience, Sheri is also a practitioner of Thai Bodywork and Feng Shui.


 

Jenn Thomas

Jenn Thomas has been practicing and studying yoga for over 20 years. She received 200-hour certification with Tom Gillette, became a leader for Off the Mat/Into the World with Seane Corn, and is currently engaged in a 500-hour training with Sarah Powers' Insight Yoga Institute, a graduate-level training with renowned western masters. Jenn is also a longtime artist and teacher (painting and glass), a two-time small business owner, and a life coach. She is developing and deepening practices that integrate yoga, Buddhism, and spiritual psychology.
In yoga class, Jenn encourages a strong awareness of the flow of breath and movement, as well as deep attention to the body and its individual alignments. Practice ignites prana, balances yin and yang energies, and brings forth the stillness and joy within. Jenn's way of weaving language and poetry into the fabric of each class draws us into the heart of who we truly are and the beauty of being alive - on and off the mat.


 

Philip Urso

Yoga teacher, author, podcaster, Philip Urso loves to train yoga teachers in the art of exhilarating and unscripted vinyasa yoga classes. Philip's training began with Siddha Yoga in 1990, then with Kripalu teacher Anita Bussey, followed by comprehensive training with Baron Baptiste. After years of studying A Course in Miracles, one day he understood it. Philip leads Advanced Vinyasa Teacher Trainings with fellow yoga teachers Deborah Williamson and Stacy Dockins.
