In this class Dr. Dwyer weaves together key concepts of chiropractic and yoga to examine how good posture, proper body mechanics, and simple exercises can help you stay strong and healthy. Learn techniques for releasing tension, creating balance, and developing strength that will enable you to use your body correctly during any activity. Understand the importance of your spine to your overall health; and receive a postural analysis, evaluation of your basic movement patterns, and a set of yoga poses and other exercises to help keep your spine healthy.

Dr. David Dwyer

earned his doctorate from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO, graduating with honors in 1986, and has been in private practice in Rhode Island since. His postgraduate studies are concentrated in neurology and chiropractic technique. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and the Chiropractic Society of Rhode Island. He has been a long-term student of yoga and meditation and in 1994 began study in a program for personal development at the School for the Evolution of Humanity. He continues in that program at the present time. His primary practice is on Tollgate Road in Warwick, RI. In addition to seeing patients at All That Matters he teaches yoga and meditation.
