What Students Have Said About Spirit Tree Yoga Teacher Training:
"Cathy is a most gifted guide on every level - physical, spiritual, intellectual, emotional - as a result, Spirit Tree Yoga Teacher Training program touches every aspect of who we are as individuals, practitioners and potential teachers." -Susan
"I originally signed up for Cathy's yoga teacher training program so that I could learn more about how to teach a "good" yoga class. Not only did I walk away with invaluable teaching knowledge and tools, I also learned more about myself and my yoga practice from Cathy's program than I have in the past ten years! I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge of their yoga practice, even if they don't plan on teaching." -Marcia
"This has been one incredible journey and becoming a yoga teacher is an added bonus. I realized there was more to learn than just asanas, there was me. In reading over the course description, I realize that I received so much more than I paid for. And I can't thank you enough." -Marianne
"I could not have hoped for a better experience than the one I received from Spirit Tree Yoga Teacher Training. Cathy is able to combine a vast knowledge of yoga with a constructive compassion of where her students are coming from and where they are going. This was an experience that I will benefit from, both professionally and personally, for years to come." -Amanda
"Thank you for starting the Spirit Tree YTT and for letting me find my truth and my calling. Thank you, thank you, thank you!" -Cheryl
"Prior to entering our Circle, I never could have imagined how meaningful and transformative of a year that this would be for me. " -Barbie
